Social Media Coordinator
(Charlotte, NC)
ROLE OVERVIEW
Type: Contract to hire
Location: Hybrid; must be based in the Charlotte area
In-office expectation: At least 1 day per week
Application: Email your resume and portfolio to hello@nicedayahead.com
The Social Media Coordinator for Charlotte is a content-first role for someone with a strong eye, strong instincts, and a clear understanding of how to bring places, brands, and experiences to life online.
This role is focused heavily on photography, short-form video, visual storytelling, and day-to-day social media execution. You’ll help capture content on-site, manage content calendars, schedule and publish posts, engage in community management online, support client reporting, and bring a creative point of view to the accounts you support.
This is a strong fit for someone who can work independently while staying aligned with NiceDay’s systems, standards, and processes. While much of the work can happen remotely, we’re ideally looking for someone who’s comfortable coming into the office 1–3 days a week to stay closely connected to the team and the pace of the work.
We’re looking for someone who understands social media as both a creative channel and a marketing tool. Someone who can capture the life of a place, tell a clear story through visuals, and keep the details organized from shoot planning to posting.
This role reports to the Social Media Director at NiceDay.
